ACC Server will send video to ACC Client over UDP and in some cases this protocol may be blocked. Go to ACC Client settings and change the Site connection type from LAN to WAN. It might be more bandwidth than the NVR can support. Try looking up your nvr model number and find out if it was meant to support 2 5MP and 1 8MP camera.
